At this year’s PLUS Night of Excellence, Barbara Denicolò, member of the IZMF and the doctoral programme, received the Young Investigators Award in the category Understanding Society: Education, History, Social Sciences for her dissertation “Von Speis zu kochen. Cook books and recipe collections as discursive practices and sources for the cultural history of the late Middle Ages and early modern period.” This prize is awarded annually to the best dissertation projects at the university.
